8:00 AM - Welcome & Challenge Briefing: Introduction and overview of the day's activities, including the significance of each challenge.
9:00 AM - Hike Begins: Team games, puzzles, and a burden-carry challenge with sensory restrictions to symbolize personal struggles.
1:00 PM - Summit Activities: Engage in group games and challenges that reinforce teamwork and understanding of each other's burdens.
6:00 PM - Closing Ceremony: Day hike concludes and we celebrate the achievements of all participants. One-Day attendees depart.
7:00 PM - Dinner & Campfire Discussions: Return to campsite for dinner. Late arrivals can join at 8:00 PM.
11:00 PM - End of Day: Wind down and prepare for the next day's activities.

9:00 AM - Breakfast and Closing Ceremony: Celebrate the retreat's end with breakfast, reflections, and honorable recognitions.
11:00 AM - Check-Out: Pack up and farewell, ensuring all participants leave no trace at the campsite.
