The Fear Hunter Retreats are specialized events that require extensive planning and resource allocation. Therefore, the refund policy for these events is as follows:
1. Refunds 14 Days or Greater Before the Event
Customers who request a refund 14 days or more before the start date of the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the total purchase price.
2. No Refunds Within 14 Days of the Event
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date. This policy helps us manage the logistics and commitments associated with organizing these events.
