By enrolling in or participating in any Fear Hunter programs, coaching services, speaking engagements, events, retreats, or related experiences provided by Justin Maina, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Participation signifies your acceptance of all guidelines, requirements, and policies established by Fear Hunter and its representatives.

Program Description

The Fear Hunter program, led by Justin Maina, is designed to assist individuals in overcoming fear and unlocking their potential for a life filled with purpose, courage, joy, and limitless possibilities. Participants engage in various activities, discussions, and exercises aimed at confronting and conquering fears.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all individuals involved in Fear Hunter programs and experiences. Any personal information, stories, discussions, or sensitive material shared within coaching sessions, retreats, masterminds, or group environments shall remain confidential unless explicit consent is provided by the individual involved.

Respectful Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and supportive behavior at all times. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, threats, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program, event, or community without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, videos, documents, branding, exercises, graphics, presentations, and intellectual property provided through Fear Hunter are owned by Justin Maina and/or JustinCredible Massage, LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or share any materials without prior written permission.

Participation in Fear Hunter programs and services does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial, spiritual, or business outcomes. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, circumstances, and personal responsibility. Fear Hunter content is intended for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Payment and Refunds

Payments made for coaching services, retreats, programs, events, masterminds, or related experiences are subject to the specific refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once services, programs, or events have commenced. Payment plans remain legally binding, and participants are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments.

Termination of Enrollment

Justin Maina and Fear Hunter reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate participation for any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed harmful, disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or detrimental to the community or organization. Termination may occur without refund at the sole discretion of Fear Hunter.

Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in Fear Hunter services or use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law
